Liquidator Analytics Platform and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, code, text, displays, graphics, data, and analysis) are the exclusive property of Nexus Trading Services and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Distribute, resell, or sublicense the service
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
Copy or extract data for commercial purposes
Use the service to compete with Nexus Trading Services
Scrape, automate, or reverse-engineer the platform
Share your account access with others

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM:

Accuracy: Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate
Financial Advice: We provide NO financial, investment, or trading advice
Profitability: We do NOT guarantee any trading profits or success
Predictions: Liquidation zones do NOT predict future price movements
Availability: Service may be interrupted without notice

4. Trading Risk Acknowledgment

⚠️ YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE:

Trading cryptocurrency is extremely risky and can result in total loss of capital
This platform provides historical data only, NOT predictions
Liquidation events may be delayed, missed, or not occur as expected
You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and losses
You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose
You should use proper risk management and position sizing

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXUS TRADING SERVICES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Trading losses or lost profits
Lost data or account access
Service interruptions
Inaccurate or delayed data

OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR (B) $50 USD.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexus Trading Services from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the platform
Any trading decisions or losses you incur
Your violation of this agreement
Your infringement of third-party rights

7. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
No refunds for partial months
We may change pricing or features with 30 days' notice
We may terminate your account for violation of these terms

8. Data Privacy

We collect: email address, account tier, and usage analytics. We do NOT collect or store:

Personal financial information
Exchange API keys or credentials
Trading account information

Your data may be used to improve the service, but will not be sold to third parties.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nexus Trading Services' jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.

10. Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration, NOT litigation. Each party bears its own arbitration costs unless law provides otherwise.

11. Entire Agreement

This agreement, together with any policies on our website, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Nexus Trading Services regarding the platform and supersedes all prior agreements.

12. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Acknowledgment

By clicking "I Agree" during registration or by continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understand these terms
You accept all disclaimers and limitations of liability
You acknowledge the risks of trading
You agree to use the platform at your own risk
